Our services provide exercise guidance, programming and education but does not replace medical care. Individuals should consult their physician before beginning a new exercise program.
Patient safety and appropriate communication with healthcare providers are central components of the program.
Our program is designed to support cardiovascular fitness and long-term exercise adherence while maintaining clear boundaries with medical care. When appropriate, communication with referring healthcare providers can be incorporated to ensure continuity and transparency in patient exercise progression.
For Clinicians
Exercise Monitoring
Virtual sessions are conducted with real-time heart rate monitoring (when appropriate) using commercially available wearable devices .
Exercise intensity is guided using heart rate ranges and perceived exertion scales to help ensure appropriate training levels based on each individual’s profile.
Symptom Awareness And Exercise Adjustment
Participants are educated on recognizing symptoms that may require exercise modification or cessation. Exercise intensity and session structure are adjusted if symptoms arise.
If concerning symptoms occur, participants are advised to discontinue exercise and seek appropriate medical evaluation
Communication With Healthcare Providers
When participants are referred by healthcare providers, updates regarding exercise adherence and general progress can be provided upon request.
Medical management and clinical decision-making remain the responsibility of the patient’s healthcare provider.
We value your professional input and welcome the chance to collaborate with fellow clinicians. Please reach out to discuss how our program can support your practice or explore formal partnership opportunities.
