Every program begins with a comprehensive cardiovascular fitness and functional movement assessment.
During this session we review your health history, current activity levels, cardiovascular risk factors, and personal goals. This allows us to understand your starting point and design a safe, structured exercise plan tailored specifically to you.
Your individualized heart rate training zones are also established during this step, ensuring that your exercise intensity is both safe and effective.
Step 2: Personalized Exercise Plan
Based on your assessment and goals, a structured training plan is created specifically for you.
Your program is designed to gradually improve aerobic fitness, endurance, and overall cardiovascular health through progressive exercise sessions tailored to your fitness level and schedule.
The plan outlines your training frequency, duration, and target intensity ranges so you always know exactly what to do during each session.
Step 3: Guided Training With Monitoring From Anywhere
Training sessions are conducted through live virtual coaching (or in-person if selected), allowing you to exercise from home, outdoors, or wherever is most convenient.
During sessions, your heart rate can be monitored in real time using a wearable device. This allows your coach to guide your training intensity and ensure that your exercise remains within the appropriate range for your goals.
This level of oversight helps create a safe and effective environment for improving cardiovascular fitness while building confidence in your ability to exercise independently.
Step 4: Ongoing Progress & Support
As your cardiovascular fitness improves, your training plan evolves with you.
Progress is tracked through regular check-ins, performance feedback, and adjustments to your program to ensure continued improvement over time.
Our goal is not just short-term results, but helping you build sustainable exercise habits that support long-term cardiovascular health and overall wellbeing.
